Return Policy

A 14-day full return policy is provided on goods purchased from our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return costs, and the choice of carrier is yours. Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, the order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal. Notification must be given by email to info@weedshop.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to SSIE ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item's packaging is broken beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, it is considered used and of diminished value, meaning that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive no refund.
