Terms of Service

According to Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is provided on products. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Warranty claims must be notified to SSIE ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 7 days is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. The warranty does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product.

SSIE ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent if defects are proven. We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash On Delivery).
